For many women, it is hard to shop online. But, as a small business it makes a big difference to work directly with our client base, and in fact, it keeps us going. We hope free shipping and returns improves your experience of Colo/Palo by helping you find exactly what works.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

All domestic orders are shipped via Priority USPS. Orders will be shipped within two days of garment completion. Many garments are made to order. If we anticipate needing more than a week to complete your order, we will certainly be in touch.

If you require rush shipping, please email at hellocolopalo@gmail.com us with all the pertinent delivery time information. We will do our best to accommodate your need for speed!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority for a flat rate of 39.50.

We will be in contact with any other information pertinent for international orders, and appreciate our overseas customers for working with us to get everything to you quickly!

RETURN POLICY

Please contact us at hellocolopalo@gmail.com if you have concerns about sizing or fit, it is our mission to make comfortable pieces of clothing you will love to wear.

Returns will be accepted on full-price domestic orders within 14 days of package delivery. All international orders, discounted and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Please contact us for a return label and we will email you a digital copy. Simply repackage, attach the label, and drop at your nearest post office. Any returns must be in their original condition with tags attached. 

    Retail Store Purchases

    Our shirts are stocked at several small stores nationwide. Purchases made at retail stores carrying our goods are subject to the return policy of the store it was purchased from. 

    ORDER CHANGES 

    In some circumstances, we can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

    If you’d like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size or color), we’d be happy to help you as long as your order hasn’t shipped. 

    If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
